BRIEF Training for Customer Service Excellence

Employee TrainingWhat do you look for when you want excellent customer service? The answer is BRIEF—a useful acronym for the key components of what makes up excellent customer service:

  • BR – Stands for Build Rapport—the person offering you service connects with you on your “wave length” and makes you feel valued as a customer
  • I – Stands for information—they ask and, more importantly, listen for what you will need
  • E – They explain what they can do for you to satisfy your needs
  • F – They follow-up to make sure you get what you want

Just think of how much repeat business you would gain if all of your employees took a BRIEF moment to make sure your customers are happy!
