BRIEF Training for Customer Service Excellence
October 21, 2009 0 Comments
What do you look for when you want excellent customer service? The answer is BRIEF—a useful acronym for the key components of what makes up excellent customer service:
- BR – Stands for Build Rapport—the person offering you service connects with you on your “wave length” and makes you feel valued as a customer
- I – Stands for information—they ask and, more importantly, listen for what you will need
- E – They explain what they can do for you to satisfy your needs
- F – They follow-up to make sure you get what you want
Just think of how much repeat business you would gain if all of your employees took a BRIEF moment to make sure your customers are happy!
